About Us
Built to offer greater efficiency, accuracy and consistency in environmental field services.

Who we are
Terravise provides specialised environmental field services to consultants, scientists and environmental managers. We focus on practical, method-driven fieldwork carried out safely, consistently, and with flexibility, so you can focus on analysis and project delivery.
Why we exist
High-quality fieldwork requires time, training, equipment knowledge and ongoing inductions. For many consultancies, maintaining all of this internally is inefficient. Terravise offers a more streamlined, flexible model for field operations.
Lower overheads and greater efficiency
Environmental consultancies often carry significant overheads to maintain field capability such as ongoing inductions, equipment upkeep, technical training and logistics planning. We exists to absorb those operational burdens and provide a more efficient way to access dependable field capacity when it’s needed.
Flexible resourcing capacity
Demand for field can fluctuate widely across projects, with resource demands growing substantially during busy periods and contract just as quickly, making internal staffing difficult and inefficient. We provide clients with resourcing flexibility allowing them to adjust to project cycles as needed.
Dedicated field expertise and experience
Fieldwork demands both technical comprehension and practical expertise. While many environmental practitioners are strong on the former, the latter can prove harder to come by. We fill that gap by focusing solely on field execution, ensuring that high-quality data collection is always supported by strong practical capabilities.
More time for innovation
The best environmental outcomes are driven by innovation. We support our clients in achieving this by handling the more tedious and routine tasks associated with field operations such as logistics and safety, allowing them to focus more of their energy on the analytical and strategic work they do best.

Sam Munger
Sam is an environmental scientist with qualifications in environmental engineering (B.E. Hons) and experience in field operations across South East Queensland. His background in environmental modelling means he understands the data required to produce meaningful environmental outcomes and the consequent complexity. As well as an acute understanding of field safety, Sam also holds qualifications in remote first aid and 4WD handling.
